EVESHAM — With five daughters between them, newly married John and Alanna Boberick knew they needed more bedroom space for their blended family.
They didn’t want to move from her Kings Grant rancher with its neighborhood amenities. “We liked the area, the schools. We decided to look into building up,” Boberick said.
They wanted to add an entire second floor, but a loan based on the equity in their rancher wouldn’t cover the costs.
That’s when they heard of an innovative financing solution that allowed them to borrow against the future equity in their expanded house.
